Plant Based Nutrition- T. Colin Campbell

A year ago I decided to further my education by registering for eCornell's Plant Based Nutrition Certificate. What an invaluable course it was to grasp some major knowledge of science and nutrition, and how it impacts our health! If you're interested in learning more about Plant Based Nutrition for optimal health and disease prevention then this is a course you'll want to look into.

If lectures and assignments aren't your thing right now, but you could settle for a good summer read, another option is picking up T. Colin Campbell's well-written and easy to read nutritional study, The China Study, or his newest book out on shelves now, Whole: Rethinking the Science of Nutrition. 

Furthermore, if you want a movie version, go ahead and watch the amazing film, Forks Over Knives.

just watch the video, even though I knew what Dr. C. would say..always a good reminder and helps in knowing what to say to those who question my diet...thanks.
